Outpatient medical appointments, immunizations and medication consults. Family Health Clinic provides medical care to Active Duty service members, family members of Active Duty service members, retired service members and their family members who are enrolled in TRICARE Prime. For appointments call the Hampton Roads Appointment Center at 1-866-645-4584.

Cancelling Appointments: To cancel an appointment please go to TRICARE Online (https://www.tricareonline.com/portal/TricareOnline/Portal) and access the Appointment Center. McDonald Army Health Center requires that beneficiaries cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. Did you have any issues or concerns during your visit today at McDonald Army Health Center? If you did, please see the Patient Advocate in order to expedite a solution for your concern. Contact the Patient Advocate's office at (757) 314-7855.
