The Patient Advocate serves as a liaison between patients and their families and the medical treatment facility's command and staff members, providing an effective two-way channel of communication. The patient advocate will assist the beneficiaries in seeking; resolutions to problems, misunderstandings, voice to concerns, getting timely and/or the offer of complements and suggestions.
Many of the concerns that beneficiaries have are best resolved in the area where services and treatment are given. It is recommended that the beneficiary speak with the non-commissioned officer in charge, head nurse, and the officer in charge to resolve any issues that may arise.
If by any chance your issue can not resolved at that time please contact your patient advocate to mediate and provide a solution.
