Primary Care Clinic offering comprehensive health care, with services to include: Audiology Testing, Lab Services, PDHRAs/PHAs, Adult Immunizations, Well Woman Exams, Sick Call Tri-Service Active Duty, Family Members and Pediatric Patients 2 years and older For appointments call the Hampton Roads Appointment Center at 1-866-645-4584. 0600-2100 Mon-Fri

All physicals including Periodic Health Assessments (PHAs) must done in uniform.
ETS physicals need to be scheduled no less than 60 days before your ETS date.
Physicals, to include well woman exams, are by appointment only.
Hearing Tests: 1300-1430 Tues and Thur, by appointment only Walk-in Misc: 1300-1500 Mon-Fri---OverSeas Screenings, In and Out Processing, Medical Records Request, MEDPROs Vision screening and Immunizations. Walk-In Lab: 0830-1030 Mon-Fri (MEDPROs, HIVs NOT DRAWN ON FRIDAYS) All walk-in immunizations will be done from 1300-1445, Mon-Fri. PPDs will not be administered on Thur or Fri. Units requiring mass immunizations need to call for further assistance.
